Our Services

Child, Adolescent & Parent Therapy

After an initial phone consultation, we’ll begin by meeting for a few sessions to get to know one another, build rapport, and understand what brings you—or your child—to therapy. We typically start by focusing on the most immediate concerns, while also keeping an eye on deeper patterns and long-term goals for lasting growth and resilience.

Whether we're working directly with your child, with you as a parent or caregiver, or with the whole family system, therapy offers a space for thoughtful reflection and real change. Many caregivers find that, over time, the work supports not only their child’s development—but their own growth as well. You may be surprised by how much potential emerges, not just in your child, but in yourself.

Adult Psychotherapy

We’ll begin with an initial phone consultation, followed by a few sessions to get to know one another and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll start by focusing on your most pressing concerns—what feels urgent, painful, or stuck—while also making space to explore longer-term patterns and deeper questions.

Therapy can be a space for clarity, healing, and growth. Over time, many clients find they not only feel more grounded in the present, but also better able to understand themselves, navigate relationships, and move through the world with greater ease and confidence.
